Ajay Dube is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, shared services, and financial operations. During his career, he has worked with startups, multinational companies, SaaS, logistics, and fintech organizations, leading complex finance projects including shared service operations, Oracle NetSuite integrations, and the setup of multinational companies in India, often in collaboration with global advisory firms including the Big Four.
Through these experiences, Ajay observed a common challenge across many businesses: despite investing heavily in technology and finance teams, companies still struggle with accurate financial visibility, cash flow clarity, and reconciliation of financial records. Founders and CFOs often face uncertainty when presenting numbers to investors, boards, or during fundraising because financial processes were never standardized from the beginning.
Recognizing this gap, Ajay founded ProfitPlanner to help startups and growing businesses build strong financial foundations. ProfitPlanner focuses on bringing structure, financial discipline, and reliable financial insights into business operations so founders can scale their companies with confidence.
