This Refund Policy applies to services provided by JeevanNirvana Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1. Service Nature
ProfitPlanner provides professional consulting and outsourced financial services.
Due to the time, expertise, and resources involved, refunds are limited.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once work has commenced, the following are generally non-refundable:
Accounting services
Compliance filings
Advisory services
CFO consulting
Financial analysis or reports
3. Subscription Services
For monthly service packages:
Clients may cancel future services with 30 days notice
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered
4. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, it will be refunded after verification.
5. Service Dissatisfaction
If a client is dissatisfied:
They may submit a written complaint
We will review and attempt to resolve the issue
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
