Provide documents on time
Maintain legal compliance within their organization
Pay agreed service fees on time
ProfitPlanner is not responsible for incorrect information provided by clients.
3. Fees and Payments
Service fees are defined in the engagement agreement or service proposal.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Suspension of services
Additional late fees
4. No Financial or Investment Guarantee
ProfitPlanner provides financial advisory and operational support.
We do not guarantee:
Business profitability
Investment returns
Funding approval
Tax authority outcomes
Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
5. Confidentiality
All client financial information will be treated as confidential and used only for service delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, processes, frameworks, and documentation created by ProfitPlanner remain the intellectual property of JeevanNirvana Solutions Pvt Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProfitPlanner shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Indirect damages
Loss caused by incorrect client data
Regulatory changes
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per agreement.
Outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
